Van Halen was out performing some of their new stuff in a club last week--- of course "new" is relative.  The track "She's a Woman" was actually demo'd back in 1976. 

So apparently I was taking good care of my heart last night.  A new study says a daily dose of lean beef is good for your heart.  Read the study HERE.

Okay.  This is just plain ole awesome.

You could, and help a great cause at the same time- Eddie's auctioning one of his main guitars to raise money for Drop in the Bucket, a charity that makes wells and sanitation systems at rural schools in Africa. The winning bidder will get a personalized autograph from Eddie on the guitar, a 1999 Wolfgang Translucent Cherry Sunburst 5A Flame. Eddie used this guitar extensively over the past decade. Interscope Records sent an email on Christmas- Van Halen's new album The Future is slated for release on February 7th.  This will be the first VH album since the Gary Cherone fronted Three in 1998. 

The band is also teasing a tour, with the first ticket sales on January 10th.  We'll pass along more as we find out.

Yes.  I fell alseep while iphoning.  And still clutching that thing.  My dear husband texted me the photo before he went to bed with the message "no, you don't have an iphone problem".  LOL!  So busted.

The McRib is back for a little while....when my hubby and I started dating, he was really into these.  I learned that I can't even be around the smell of them.  Guess you either love them or hate them.  :)
