Matt and Ben are real life brothers from the same mother (well, at least that's what we're telling Ben).  Matt is 6 years older than Ben and a few pounds heavier (but Matt swears it's all muscle). 

Matt and Ben played together in the local Rock band "Matt's Rocket Collection" for a few years, releasing an album and playing many AC/DC tribute shows. 

The brothers also released a comedy album titled "Songs For Giants: and some other stuff" in 2010 featuring stand up, sketch comedy and several comedy songs (similar to Flight of the Conchords, if you're keeping track). 

Matt and Ben both went to school at UNO, earning dubious degrees in lion-taming, snake-charming and communications.

Matt and Ben both love riding motorcycles, driving into giant potholes along the way, camping, fishing, drinking and skipping freely in the nude throughout Memorial Park sometimes. 

Ben is an accomplished drummer and Horse-back rider.  Matt is a guitar playing son of a gun and a former national champion power lifter (though the only thing he can lift anymore is 12 ounces of liquid courage). 

Matt and Ben have been heard on 93.3 for the past few years and could not be more excited to join the Brew Crew and you on 96.1 The Brew!  You can also hear them on our sister station, 1110 KFAB, hosting The Weekly Ten with Matt and Ben Saturdays at 1pm.
